All new paid subscriptions (Lite and Pro) come with a 14-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not satisfied with our service, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

3.2 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, after the initial 14-day period:

  • Refunds are generally not provided for partial months
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances
